Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and RIEN Network AB (org. no. 559323-5277), who runs OScar. By using OScar you accept them.

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your password safe, and turn on two-factor sign-in if you can. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Free and paid plans

Some tools are free in your browser. Paid plans unlock more, as described on Pricing. Payments are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record, who also handles VAT, receipts and refunds. Plans renew until you cancel; when you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you live in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days of buying, as Paddle's terms describe.

AI credits are used up as you use the AI features. Monthly credits refill each month; credits you buy stay until you use them or close your account. Each plan has a storage limit; when you reach it, you can free up space or add storage.

Your content

What you create is yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only to provide OScar to you and to the people you choose to share it with. You can export or delete it at any time.

Fair use

  • No illegal content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.
  • No malware, spam or attempts to break into accounts or systems.
  • No automated scraping or overloading the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep OScar running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose; the export on the Account page is there for that. We may change or improve OScar, and we will tell you about changes that matter.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
